SMS Terms & Conditions

The Interlinc Financial Advisors, Inc. SMS program provides informational and customer-care messages to individuals who have expressly opted in.

Messages may include:

• Responses to inquiries
• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Reminders for events for which the recipient registered
• Service-related updates

The SMS program is not intended to deliver investment recommendations, trading instructions, account credentials, or other sensitive financial information.

Individuals may opt in through the contact form on our website by:

• Providing a mobile phone number
• Selecting the standalone SMS consent checkbox

The SMS checkbox is optional and is not selected by default.

Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS checkbox does not enroll an individual in the SMS program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on the recipient’s interactions with Interlinc Financial Advisors, Inc.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the recipient’s wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After a recipient sends STOP, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message stating that the opt-out request has been processed. No additional messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Interlinc Financial Advisors, Inc. may modify or discontinue the SMS program when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected in these SMS Terms & Conditions or communicated as required.
